Niiiiiice. How did you get these shots? Did you use a normal camera? What setting?

Also, do you always dust your feeders that heavily?

Great shots! I wish we could buy locusts in Canada. I wonder why there are no locust breeders though. They are readily available in fields by the hundreds!

wow... great shots...

..and i guess if he/she ate more than one of those calcium blasted locusts.. you should prolly ease up a bit on the amount on calcium your dusting with.. a little goes a long way..

*edit*upon second inspection of the pics .. he dosent seem to be too blasted..as long as he didnt eat more than a cupple ,..its more of the locusts color i believe?... your cham looks very healthy so you must be doing something right..

right.Well im here to learn so im not going to lye to you.Iv been dusting every one like that. And hes eating lots per day.I was told to dust every time i feed while hes growing up but i guees im over doing it right? All im doing is putting the powder in a cup with the locust and giving them a shake. Now you have mentioed it il ease back on it..The chamelroen is about 4 months old.Iv had him 3 weeks,Only just started keeping them. Its housed in a flexarium. He also eats lots of blue bottle flies but i dont coat them.
