Thoughts on the sex of my ambilobe

I recently got a new ambilobe Panther chameleon. The breeder said that he would try to find me a male but no garuntee's. Just looking for some insight, here are some pictures s(he) is about 2-3 months old

Hard to tell from your pictures. If you can get one from the side, with its tail extended, that would be best

Still not 100% but judging by color and patterns, I would guess a female. It's really hard to tell unless the chameleon has it's tail completely straight out and it's a profile shot. If there's a slight bump after the vent, it's a male. I can't make out a bump in any of your pictures.

Thanks for the reply. I'm kinda thinking female too, but sometimes it tends to turn grayer and has a white strip on the side. I will try to get a picture of her(?) at sometime.

It is difficult to tell just from pictures alone at this age but I believe you have a male. As for age I would put him much closer to the 2 month mark than 3. I personally don't understand why some breeders prefer to sell them so young :(

I'm with Nick on this one.

Thanks guys, I'm hoping it is a male, and Ya he/she is small but has grown a lot in the first 10 days I've had it already. I've been waiting to get a get a good picture with the tail straight out, but most the time the tail is curled up. But it seems to be real happy and healthy, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see
