So this person posted in my local CL that they want to get rid of their cham. Im already looking for a 2nd one so I figured why not maybe help a cham that night need re-homing because the owner can't take care of him.

The person didn't post pics. I've been texting with her and she sent me this picture :(

I'm going to see the cham now and most likely take him home with me

I asked if he had a cage she said , her son broke the cage and she can't afford to bug another cage so he's been in this Tupperware .

Poor little guy. My Jax was living in a bucket before he came to me, but that's palatial compared to this. Every animal deserves better than that :(

Here he is. We named him Gizmo, he seems really mellow, don't know of its because he's been in a small Tupperware for 2 days but he climbed on my hand with no problem and then went to my wife's arm. He was fine with my kids also (3yr & 1yr old).

He moves really slow, maybe because he's just taking it all in now LOL.

I am spoiling him I am going to get him a XL reptibreeze but for now he is free roaming in the ficus tree I got in my lanai :)

I think he had an accident on his tail (see picture) he looks healthy and awesome.

he looks like a solid 2-3 year old.

The tail thing is probably a stuck shed that's cutting the circulation off.

I would get some mineral oil and rub it around the crease spot where the tail tip is, and I bet youll eventually remove a band of skin from it.

Congrats on the new family member. Looks great and I'm so glad you took him. No animal belongs in a tupperware.

Very handsome little man. He looks like a really sweet boy. I'm so glad you took him in. Such an awesome thing for you to do.

As for his age. He's a young adult and it would be hard to say more than that.
