Should I be concerned?

I caught my cham napping today around 6 p.m. today. Its the first time that ive noticed this. He looks healthy otherwise. The cage is in my room and im in there only two hours a day.

36'' tall reptibreeze
5.0 uvb
60 watt incandescent bulb basking temp 90-95 degrees
humidity 60-80%
4000k tube bulb for plants
pothos, umbrella, ficus
misting twice a day plus an automatic mister every 3 hours for 15 seconds
dusting with calcuim only every feeding
multivitamin twice a month
calcium plus d3 twice a month
minimal handling
crickets 60%
dubia 40%
trying hornworms (he doesnt seem interested)
just bought 1000 superworms
feces are healthy and good size (white urate)

Please help, I hope that I he is ok. he looks very healthy otherwise.
 
It probably is nothing to worry about. It is close to evening and often times they will go into sleeping positions until dark. I have seen mine close their eyes from time to time with the lights still on but close to before they are going to go out. I think when you really have to worry is when you catch them doing it during the morning and afternoon hours.
 
I don't think it's a problem. My chams have been sleeping a bit early these days too (probably the cooler weather). If your chameleon starts sleeping earlier each day, then it's something you have to start worrying about.
