Shedding Question

Alright, my little boy panther started a shed yesterday, and began it with his back legs and tail base. I bumped up the humidity to 70% and misted as usual. Today, he is only about halfway up his back and the rest doesn't even look like it is about to shed. I have never seen him do this, nor have I seen it in my veileds. It seems like with past sheds, it started at the head and all came off very naturally and in one day. Now I've bumped the humidity up to 75% (it is miserable in here) and no change. Is there something else I can do?

He is about 5.5 or 6 months old, right around there.

my 7 mo old veiled is currently shedding all 4 legs and the body and head isn't shedding yet. Happens with all my veilds now that they are all older. Eventually everything comes off.

When my cham reached 6 mo, his shedding process slows down too.
You did all you can to hasten the natural process.

You probably already know this.
but you can add more misting cycles for him if you are worried that his shedding process takes too long.

Thanks Dodolah! I just wanted to be sure that nothing unhealthy was going on. I have had older chameleons (veiled), but I haven't generally noticed this partial shedding with them, maybe my memory just doesn't serve. Look at me, being all paranoied. I have been misting extra all day today, but the humidity in here is already so high, I'm not sure it's making much of a difference. I wont worry too much! Thanks!

PantherVeileD is on a distinguished road
it should be alright. Couple of my 2-3 month old panther went through the same thing. He will finish up in a few hours. I would mist and let it completely dry and they he rub it off.
