shedding

hi! my veiled cham is having his 1st shed since i bought him. he looks great and is very active. though i notice him sometimes running away from the water. is that because he is shedding and he is sensitive or is he just not thirsty? what should i do when he shedds?

If you mean when you mist him then....put super hot water from the tap in the mister...by the time it hits them its just pleasently warm. You wouldnt want to be sprayed with cold water either.
