Rookie questions

I am new to this forum and the world of Chameleons and would appreciate any patience you can afford me as well as any wisdom you can impart. My son is going to buy a Chameleon and we want to make sure the cage is set up properly. To that end I have a few questions:
1) Are heat lamps and basking lamps the same thing? I'm assuming they are but want to make sure.
2) Is it necessary to have both a mister and a water drip?
3) Is it possible to keep crickets in a container within the Chams cage?
4) Are all of the sponsors on the sponsor list good sources for Chams (those that sell Chams)?

Any help you can provide us would be great! I'm sure we'll have several follow-up questions.

1) Yes
2) No, a mister can do the job but a dripper will also help
3) If you mean as in a feeding container, Yes.
4) I haven't heard complaints about them and I've used some of them :)

There's also a resource tab above on some commonly kept chameleons you can use to better help you with your decision :). Good luck!
