Roborovski hamsters

Getting a couple of these tomorrow!

My boyfriend fell in love with them at the petshop and immediately starting planning. Surprised the hell out of me- I thought he would draw the line at 9 pets, but there you go! We'll be up to 11 by Saturday. My personal zoo keeps growing & I'm loving it. At least little hammies are easy to look after

Here they are! They're happiest in pairs or groups, & as the petshop only had 3, we got them all. Didn't want to leave one on his lonesome! Got them a cage designed for dwarf hamsters & they still to tiny to climb up the tubes etc, I've had to make them stairs out of toilet rolls lol

Haha they are quite cute looking actually. Never seen them before x

to me, it looks like they have little moustaches We're trying to come up with names for them but we can't tell them apart so we're thinking of naming them after a trio like the three stooges lol

They look like those zhu zhu pets.

Awwww, they are gorgeous! I have always loved these little guys but we have agreed to no more small furry pets. I'm happy to stick with my scaly pets for now! These days a new baby chameleon is far mroe appealing than a hamster or gerbil, lol! Shame that chams are more expensive though!

I wasn't intending to get any more small & furries either, but they were too cute! Had a rough night with them in our bedroom tho! We're frightened Porter might knock their cage over, so he was crying in the hallway & they were thundering along on their wheel all night lol
