FedEx is just as bad YouTube it when I got my girl last week the guy was bouncing the box back and forth between his hands lets just say I got the box out of his hands and I bounced him around a little then I happen to be good friends with his super visor lets just say the guy doesn't have a job anymore and a much smaller ego!

I agree.
The reason they (and FedEx) get away with this crap is because most ppl dont complain.
It's YOUR money!! and with the cost of shipping going through the roof, you should get some consideration.

Trust me I've sen thousands of packages both are just as bad if I'm shipping out east I won't use FedEx because packages like to disappear at their Midwest hub and if I'm shipping on the west coast I won't use ups because they like to damage stuff best thin you can do is not put live or fragile on a package that's a hey play with this box and F it up in the hubs I know a few guys that work through out main hubs and they even say those boxes always get screwed with just for the fun of it but if it's a general just plain box it's just looked right over like the rest!

dont freak out about it. when these packages get sorted the get it done by machines so no one is watching then and they drop numerous times from up to 4 feet. also on the conveyer belts they can get smashed up to packages of upto 150 lbs. thats why when i worked for a ups store we would always ask how was it packed. when i get orders from mulberry farms theys hip ups and boxes never arrive like that cause they double box them and use the proper boxes for protection so who you ordered them from made the boo boo. also they do tell the shippers what all goes on when they get sorted or a good employee that is asked or not will tell.

I rather the brown guys. FedEx is worse! Trust me, im a shipping manager.
Their competitors, if one was that much worse than the other they would be out of business. Both suck at times and both are the greatest guys in the world when your package shows up on time undamaged

I do not work for a carrier but I use them...I ship packages for a living and I would say from customer feedback, it's pretty evenly split at to which is worse or better.
Right now, I'm waiting on a personal package that was supposed to be delivered to my condo earlier today by FedX, it's not here...so THEY SUCK...today
Tomorrow, it will be some other carriers turn in the barrel.

lmaooo ^^^ Quoted for the truth!! I have accounts with both and when one slips up, i call them up and say i'm taking 100% of my business with the other. Then service is GREATTTT for about a month till the next threat.
