Out of this list what foods are staple foods and what are treats?
- cricket
- horn worms
- silk worms
- butter worms
- wax worms
Also are these insects enough varieties for the chameleon? Also how do I care for each of them and which ones do I dust and how much should I dust them with each supplement?

Staple with crickets, wax worms will make your chameleon fat if you feed too many. Hornworms can also be a staple but I feed crickets them about 2-3 hornworms a week.

You can regularily use crickets (gutloaded and dusted), silkworms. Butterworms can be used fairly regularily too, though they can not be gutloaded so are not as good as silkworms. Nothing wrong with hornworms but if your chameleon eats a lot of them it can result in runny poop. Waxworms are a poor choice and should not be used (treats only or not at all).
A diet of primarily crickets and silkworms, with a few butterworms and hornworms, would be sufficient. You could also consider adding in roaches, occassional superworms, moths, ...
