Proper UVB lighting for 24x24x48 enclosure

I'm all ways trying to keep my nosey be as healthy as possible. I recently upgraded to the 24" repti sun T5 ho setup for $50. Just curious if this light will be sufficient for this size cage(24x24x48)?
I may be getting another panther soon and will end up needing another light . If this light isn't sufficient , are there any suggestions as far as what brand would be? I understand I can all ways just buy another light for my cham.
I've often wandered what the difference was between the UVB reptile lights and flourescent grow lighting used for horticulture. What spectrum is sufficient for D3 intake?

For that size cage, I would recommend a high output T5, like Arcadia
6% UVB.
