Plants at Walmart?!

Anyone know of Cham-safe larger live plants they sell at Walmart? Looking for a new plant for my Cham but I'm going to Walmart later so might as well look and get one there. Thanks!

I bought a big full Pothos at my WalMart. It had 15 inch vines when I took it home. I don't know if that's "big" enough for you.

Do you know what to do to make the plant safe after you get it home? The plant may be safe but it still needs to be cleaned.

Yes what Laurie said you are going to want to re-pot the plant with organic soil after cleaning off the plant and also top the soil with large enough rocks so the Cham will not accidentally eat dirt.

Walmarts Plant season is over. as of now all they will be getting is fall flowers. your walmart might get another shipment of indoor tropicals but thats it. i work at the garden center in walmart. we have lots of cham safe plants but by now not many are left. and dont expect lower prices. tropicals are one of the last to be marked down if they are at all

I just went to walmart today, and they had 3 sizes of Hibiscus! One of them was about $19 and it was 4'-5' tall. If I had room, Jean-luc would have had a new free-range.

love wallyworld (thought i would never say that!) large pothos that up about a 25% of a 2x2x4 enclosure 11.00 each and umbrella plants that have to be trimmed to fill the other 75% for under 10.00 X 3 enclosures = happy chameleons!

Hey how do you hang the pothos, just curious

I ended up getting a 2 foot high dracaena at walmart and I got an artificial 6 foot high ficus tree for free range at A.C Moore!!

You can get some 50lb test fishing line and a 1x1 or some other small sized board that you place across the top of the screen (across a corner or across the whole screen) loop/knot the line and put the plant hanger in the loop or just run the fishing line down and thru some holes around the pot.

LOL I'm from Murphy and the fact that you said Wally World made me literally die laughing. My girlfriend came in the room to read the post and laughed too. It's all people do there, it's the mall :D

On a side note I got my 2' and 4' UVB light fixtures for 10 bucks each. Hibiscus for 19.99 and the cheapest candy around

Have you never heard the term Wallyworld? I only refer to walmart as wallyworld or the blue store! ;)
