Perlite or Vermiculite?
So HD sells Perlite in little 5lb bags, and vermiculite in 50lb bags. I definitely dont need 50lbs of vermiculite. Im wondering the difference, if any, and if I should try to find some vermiculite instead of the perlite i just bought.

I prefer vermiculite for egg incubation medium, but Perlite works too. Use what ya got

Try a greenhouse.
Make sure the vermiculate is not fertilized or artificially enriched in any way. -Brad

you'd think miracle grow in the chameleon egg substrate would be a good idea :-p (JK) I am pretty sure the home depot here has it in 5 pound bags so maybe they were just out? Green houses should have a wider variety though
