Is this okay for a 3 month old panther?

It's technically fine, it will most likely only hold your chameleon until it's 6 months old, but it doesn't come with enough greenery or vines to make a chameleon comfortable it also comes with moss which is definitely not needed. Do you know what wattage the heat lamp is? I would also get an automatic mister unless you intend on misting him/her three-four times a day for two minutes.
