She is going to require quite a bit, would you send us a photo of her set-up?

Yes, she is a female trioceros jacksonii xantholophus, better known as the Jackson's Chameleon.

Read through the site's care guide a few times: https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/jacksons/

I wouldn't google a care sheet.

She will require lighting and more, depending on what you already have with your set-up.

Glad to have you on the forums, we will help out in any way we can!

Are they aggressive

From my experience, the Jackson's tend to be more timid than anything. Usually nervous of your presence. I leave my Jackson's alone unless it is necessary to handle them for a number of reasons, the number one being how easy it is to stress out a chameleon.

A stressed chameleon is never a good thing. In general, they are not handle-often cuddle-up pets. They are more of a look and not touch, IMO.

Read the care sheet carefully that was posted above, it will tell you everything you need to know, lights, humidity, supplements, tempurature, and food. She looks to be pretty stressed in the picture.

Fill this sheet out so we can tell you what she needs if you have not gotten it already https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/

The screen cage and the umbrella plant are a good start. Check out the link that szpond shared - the caresheets will get you the basics on everything you need and walk you through taking care of your little lady.

Read the care sheet, do LOTS of reading and searching on the forum, and ask questions if anything is unclear.

Have fun and good luck!

How do I get her to stop being stressed will I need to get a bulb uv and a humidity meter

  • She looks dehydrated, poke some holes in a water bottle bottom and place it on top of the cage for water
  • Get a UVB bulb (it's required)
  • Humidity meter is recommended, but not completely necessary. You can do just fine by providing her with lots of humdity by hand, mist her with a spray bottle up to 5-6 times a day
  • Leave her alone until she begins to lighten up her colors, but pay close attention to her from afar.

Yes you will need a UVB bulb and you will need a heat bulb for her to bask. And you need a thermometer and a hydrometer.

Can I leave a cricket in there overnight she didn't eat it also I gave her some water she began to drink on the spot

Put the crickets in a plastic cup and place it under one of the plants, the one she is mostly on is best. And this will prevent the crickets that are left in the cage over night from possibly biting your chameleon while it sleeps.

Will it be fine for tonight

I doubt anything will bite her since she will be on one of the trees which are in pots and the cricket probably wont get up to her. For now on I would try feeding out of a cup and make sure its a place she can see. If she doesn't eat, keeping her hydrated with proper heating will eventually make her want to eat.
