The gal came from Amazing Blue from wild caught Female.

Her name is Piper.
I need help with a name for him.

They look great! I cant wait to see how your male turns out. There only a couple of his clutch mates left here. There coloring up at the about the same rate..Pictures just dont do them justice

Great Tamataves, when do you expect you'll be able to start breeding?

Piper is around 8 months old. She may not look it from the pic but she's already a pretty big gal. When she hits at least 1 year and she's ready is when I'll give it a shot.

He's a little younger then her but I'm not worried about him.
When do boys say no to girls. :D

Just wanted to share an update on how much his colors have developed. I'm loving them. :D

Beautful Tamataves! Don't get to see these too much. Thanks for sharing! Did you ever come up with a name for your male?

Thanks:D
I originally named him Gold Rush but after watch his colors develop he's very flamey. I don't think Gold Rush suits him.
I was thinking of switching his name to torch or fireball. Whatcha all think???

What about Sunburn, or solar flare? Sunny, Magma, Hot Spot, Blaze, Ember(s), Inferno, Flare, Bonfire, Sparks.. Heat Wave? Lol, well.. That's about all the names I can come up with that involve fire or heat. Oh, and forgot about Hades and Pyro. Now that's all I can think of.

Hope you find a good name that suits his beautiful color.

I think the name does fit well with his colors :) Can't wait to see more pics of Pyro! Keep us updated on Piper, too!
