My new Leopard Gecko! :)

I've known for a while I would be getting leopard geckos, so I pretty much had all I needed for them. When we went to the petstore yesterday (for completely different reasons) and I saw this little beauty marked down, I asked why. They told me she needed to be hand fed, so her last owners returned her.. she was too much work for them! That's all the information I needed, and I brought her home with me and I'm already involve with her.

Last night she shed for me, so she is much more yellow today.

I have named her Neko.

Ah, yes, I suppose! It isn't finished yet it'll do, but there's things I wanna change. I don't like the carpet, I wanna get some tile for the tank. I want a new tank, this one is very tall making it awkward for me to get anything in/out.

But this is her home right now !

Looks great u got the basics down! To give it a little more rocky desserty feel I went to home depot and in the ouside garden area where they keep all the big rocks and things there's tan colored large flat slate rock. I bought one dropped in busted it to peices rubbed the corners together to wear it down smooth so its not sharp and bam looke ex cellent.

Oh cool, that's what i'm looking for something safe and naturally good looking. i'll have to check it out then!

I would get rid of the carpet as well. I would have three hides, a warm one over a UTH, a cool one and a damp hide partially over the UTH.

Aww look at her. She is a Enigma if you were wondering her morph. Enigmas do that they go around and around and they also moon gaze when a loud noise happens or spooks them...... They are so cool I love Enigmas the way they have that pattern on there heads..... its just sad at the same time because you can't get that pattern with out breeding Enigma in to the lines and Enigmas are mentally retarded...... I have a girl just like yours because she is so nice and sweet. I got out of leo breeding because of some of the morphs they are making is just sad like a Enigma with solid red eyes of a DB morph. I found out why they have solid red eyes is because they selectively breed to strip the pigment out of the eyes to get them solid red. That was a bummer to me so I stoped breeding leos.

Yeah its really sad. But I knew she was enigma. When they told me she had to be hand fed, then when I held her she was circling. That's why I got her, she's so cute and so sweet and just so much fun to watch.

But, like the people who had her prior to me enigmas are just too much work for them. It too bad that so many breeders breed them just cause of how they look regardless of the poor Leo.

Yeah I think they are some of the sweetest leos out there though..... She is very cool

Very beautiful Leo, I have 6 myself so I can understand why you wanted them, they are awesome! Have fun with her, and the enigma trait is a nightmare, kinda hard to watch at times because they are so nice.
