Hey guys KTown here with some pics of my duel Cham cage I hand built. Thought you might enjoy :) I know I am ecstatic. First off I have to say I love this forum and thank you to all the amazing people that make it what is by taking their time to share their experiences. Everyone here is great!

Ok this has been a work in progress for the last month or so but I am ready for my Chams! As you can see I have my bin on the right for crickets and feeders. Middle bin to catch the excess water. I got a pond pump from homedepot, some tubing and cool flex sprayers off Amazon to make my homemade mister. It has a great spray and is on a digital timer. I got some treated branches from my woods in there with some flex vines. Got a buncha cool plants in there to complement their colors. Once they get them :) I am sure my babies will have lots of room to romp around. Plan as of now is 1.1 Ambilobe. I have really enjoyed reading the forums and getting ready the last few months. Hope to have some better pics with full cages later. Peace!

Thank you so much :) I might try boosting one of my plants up with something under it. Or maybe some more Pothos.

I usually use a 1x2 across the top of my screen cages and put a hook or screw eye in it through the top screen then hang a plant for more viny stuff near the top. Pothos work really well and grow like crazy in low light. Really nice cages! I think you did a great job.

Thanks everyone : ) You made my day! I was checking the cage temps today and the basking spot was about 81 degrees and the lower part of the cage was 75. Does that seem about right? I think its about 10 inches from light to vine. Might need to get it a bit closer a warmer. What ya'll think?

sounds about right..maybe just a tad more heat on the basking spot (like move a branch a lil higher up) but sounds good..hows the humidity looking?

I thought my zoo med temp probe had a humidity control too but looking at it now I guess not. I need to buy one and check that out soon. What do you keep your cages at for humidity SD420?

Ewoks rock! Cavern of courage was my favorite Ewok moive. Haha thanks, yea I am a Sculpture major. My house is flooded with art work all over. That Ewok 'Wicket' is from a mold I have. Hes got a handmade little spear with a real Indian arrow head :) If anyone is ever down to buy or trade some art work for Chams holla at me. I got tons of one of a kind bronzes and ceramic sculptures. Always down to do some custom work too : ) Thanks again!

Great job! Its so satisfying when DIY cages turn out that nice :D

I think your 1.1 Ambilobes are going to be one happy duo!
