Many Nosybe's have blue in there baring.Every local will have variations. Camera filter and all these processing apps can make them stand out even more.

Hi, I agree with above, some days he will sho no barring at all, he comes from a good line in the UK, his father is a true blue nosy be which some days mine does go like that but other he can be like the image, all the images I posted are unedited and not taken with any apps or filters
