Just an FYI, next week we're having a baby girl - our 2nd kid, 1st girl

I'll be in and out of the hospital. I typically respond pretty fast via email, and PMs, but don't get surprised if you don't hear from me for a day or two. I'll make every effort to pop out (no pun intended ) and process orders on daily basis, but in case you're curious why things may be delayed a bit next week. Next week will be very interesting, that's for sure.

Mael,

Those nozzles are made from acetal plastic. It's not as "molecularly sticky" to any dissolved minerals in the water as are most metals. If you feed the system with RO water, you virtually eliminate the source of the problem and you won't have the same amount build up on plants, screen, or glass.

Of course, if you don't already have an RO system, you can replace a lot of nozzles for the cost of one.

RO is great! But you will hear from some people that it isn't great for chams. Water has a lot of natural minerals we and chams need. I suppose if you were dusting your feeders correctly you would bridge the gap between minerals that aren't in the water anymore with what is in the dusted food. I am not an expert but have read in on some discussion of RO usage with chams. I would like to go RO, but feel a inline heater is more important at the moment.
