To mist or to fog?

Hi there,

Is it better to use a mister or a fogger in a Chameleon enclosure? or do they achieve the same results?

I would say misting as the Cham can drink the water settling on leaves.

fog increases ambient humidity
mist will make water to accumulate in leaves, and will also increase ambient humidity.. x)

Thanks for the advice. If you are misting, do you usually provide your Chameleon with a separate dripper system as well or will the Chameleon learn to drink after the mister has been on? Up to now I've been using a "little dripper".

I would watch your chameleon and see what he will drink from. If you have the mister running and he is drinking off the leaves and is getting enough water you shouldn't need a dripper. Some guys are picky and won't drink from different methods so just be sure he is well hydrated from whatever method you choose.
