Methods of feeding Dubias to your Chams...

I am expecting my colony in the mail tomorrow... And I was thinking... I don't want to let roaches free roam in my cage. I thought I would ask what method you guys you in feeding your Chams dubias. Cup?Hand?

Precisely the reason I switched to cup feeding.

He often won't eat off my hand if he's too proud so I sometimes put the dubia on the screen and direct it's locomotion to get Otto's attention. I don't walk away until he's either eaten it, or I know he's not hungry and I just throw it back in the cup.

I hang a cup with one or two dubia right underneath his favorite basking branch. Make sure the cup has slippery sides or else they will get out.
