what the heck is the deal with finding good meaningful employment?
so, I've applied to a company.... that wants to ship packages to your door with drones.... a video interview, a phone interview, and a face to face with a panel... not to big a deal... right? so i show up at said interview.... and the recruiter has scheduled another candidate for my same time frame... after he sends me an email with this other guys name as the recipient.... and i verified that it was for me.... I've worked for this company before, and it was the same crap.... now granted, i understand that when you hire 1k people a day globally, you have to do some crazy stuff.... but is my time not valuable?so, after over 2 hours of sitting there, patiently waiting for the HR manager to vet me, I left... obviously im not happy where i am, so the search continues. any one else have any experiences like this with large or even small companies?
