Male of Female Panther??

Was told it was a male. I think its a female though and I'm kinda pissed off.

Here is its tail region, can someone just confirm.

Based on the base of the tail, I would say it is a young male. The tail of a female is less tapered, there is a sudden change from the tail to the rump. Males have a tail that tapers and transitions into the rump rather smoothly.
