male or female of baby panther Cham?

Does anyone can separate male or female baby panther Cham by some characteristic ?

chameleonneeds is on a distinguished road
At the base of a males tale(cloaca region) it is very thick, looks swollen and when they are older and have their colours the males are always very bright compared to the females having dull colours like plain green, light brown, fade orange ect.

I dont see much at the tail base. I would bet on two females.
