It's MistKing.
Herpmist currently is not on the sponsor list.
But, both have excellent misting system, imho.

PM me with details of what you need. I'm sure I can help you out.... and in case you decide that you don't like the system for whatever reason, send it back and I'll give you a full refund.

If you are new to Chams, either way (misting system or drip) are both viable ways of delivering water to your chams. As you can tell I have a Herpmist system. However mistking, promist, and herpmist are all very good and compatible systems.

Drip system are used by many of the most senior keepers here exclusively. Brad for one is a very knowledgable and well know keeper who I am pretty sure is using a drip system and he has been very sucessful. I think Jannb is another who is also doing well with a drip system

Bottom line is what is your budget, why do you need the misting system, and what do your chams prefer.

I have a misting system for 2 reasons, first I am not home enough to mist every couple of hours. and the drip system that I had before while adequate became obsolete after I added 2 more cages. (Total of 3). also since my cages are outside the misting system helps to control my temps in the cage.

hope that helps

In that case; do you have any 'open box' or used ones available? :D

I can't wait to get mine.....It is somewhere between here and Canada.
Marty, how do you recommend attaching the nozzles to a standard aluminum framed screen enclosure. Should I make a small bracket for it or are large washers good enough to hold it on the screen?

I may have one soon. I have someone using it temporarily. Should be getting it back in a few weeks. It's the value system. I'll gladly discount it for you, if you can wait about 2 weeks.

You can use any piece of acrylic with a hole in it. I've seen people use washers also, though I don't know how well that worked for them.

Mistking is the way to go. Incredible customer service as well as a very nice setup for your money. Mistking is awesome....no drip nozzles, fine micro spray, adjustable nozzles, quiet pump, easy installation, great timer, and the nozzles are a sleak black look. Basically the system is great and takes care of the water needed for your chameleon(s).

Marty, are you having any specials? I believe I've seen some in the past such as free timers or whatnot. I'm looking to purchase a sytem as well. Thanks.

The free timer thing was in December. When you order, put down that you're from ChameleonForums and I'll see what I can do ;-)

Too bad Jason is missing out on the free advertising. This would have been a good time to show some customer service....:rolleyes::eek:

Competition aside, not sure what happened to him. Saw people looking for him on other forums too. I had several of his customers ranting about bad business antics and lack of support. You'd think that he would spend 10 min and put a note on his website to calm the nerves of his customers, esp the ones that have pending orders. Doesn't look good if people ask me if I know what happened to him...btw, what happen to him? Is he OK? Seems he fell off the face of the earth - not that I mind :) Though I don't wish tragedy or misfortune on anyone.

Sent you a PM regarding the used system - thanks.

The OP of this thread could check out the DIY in my signature to make a hand pump auto mister. I am now using that exact one on my juvi melleri, Pat. Works very well I pump it every couple of days. and haven't had to refil it in over two weeks.
