live plant

my pothos is getting drenched and soaked when i mist and from the dripper. I guess i should just aim it differently but, anyone have any ideas, to keep live plants from overwatering ?

It's pretty hard to overwater a pothos. Making sure that it's pot has proper drainage will help.

Pothos will grow even when completely submerged, so I don't think it should be a problem! It hasn't been for my pothos plants, at any rate.

But, even if the plant is OK, it can still end up with rotting soil, fungus, and some degree of root suffocation over time. Add a layer of larger pebbles to the bottom of the pot, enlarge the pot's drain holes if necessary, don't use a pot saucer (or keep it emptied), and switch the plastic pot for an unsealed clay pot.
