Jackson's Lighting Question

For the last two weeks I have been using the Reptisun by Zoo Med 5.0 bulb in a dome light. Ive read conflicting opinions on the use of bulb in a dome light. Ive also read that the 5.0 bulb isn't strong enough for a Jackson's. Should I switch to a hood with a 10.0 Reptisun? What have you had the best luck with? Asking because my Female isn't as active lately and seems stressed, could this be due to not getting enough UVB? Her temps are good, at least I think so (80-82 at highest perch 68-70 at her lowest perch) so Im just trying to figure out the reason for her lack of activity. She's seeing a vet next friday but in the mean time I'd like to figure out if her lighting is adequate or needs adjustment. Thank you!

For my Jackson I use HO T5 Double Light Fixture – Arcadia 6% & 6.5K Daylight Bulb. The Arcadia bulbs last longer and my plants don't die as quickly - I got fixture from Canvas Chameleons.

I'm still using T8 (regular) tube lighting in my other guys and galls but I ordered them from Light My Reptiles - I like that they last longer and you can use a cheap fixture - but I'll be replacing them with dual fixtures when they are ready for new bulbs

With my Jackson I find that gut loading her crickets makes a big difference -the better the quality of what I give the crickets the more active she is. (they get cricket crack/bug buffet and I use fresh and frozen "staples" from my bearded dragon's list) And I find that she's more active when she gets low temps at night.
I find that running a cool mist humidifier by her cage aimed in it also helps with her over all look -I don't run it at night. I also make sure she has plenty of chances to drink.
