How to fasten feeding cup!

I am having a really hard time trying different ways to fasten my feeding cup. I don't have any sturdy place to put it in the plant.

I prefer to use the disposable plastic drink cups. I have tried velcro and it isn't working. I am trying to experiment with maybe some sort of hooks!

Does anyone have any ideas? I need something that I'm able to remove.

i use a pc o rubber coated wire and just poke hole in the side of my cup and either wrap the wire around the branch or make little hooks that i can adjust as needed, you could also use twist ties just make sure all the pointy parts are concealed.

I also use the plastic cups, I poke through a twist tie, like from a loaf of bread, and attach it to a vine, easy to do and easy to remove.

my way of hooking it up was to make a small hole just under the rim of the cup on one side..then from there zip tie, bread loaf twistie, or hang it on a nail on the wall (for free range set ups)..

Omg! Such great ideas, thank you!

I tried the twisty tie thing and it is working so far...

I'm interested to see what some other people have come up with!

I made a loop out of the fake vines you can buy, used a twisty tie to secure the loop. and viola!

Thanks for all of your ideas!

So I tried the twisty tie method and it was too troublesome to take in and out and I didn't want to poke a hole in the cheap plastic cup lol.

so I went to office depot and bought one of these adhesive fasteners, I stuck it to the cup and bent the prongs to form like a hook shape and hooked it on my chams favorite perch!

Works great and really easy to take in and out for cleaning
