How to be convincing?

Ok this is only slightly off subject but I was wondering how people went about convincing thier bf, gf's or other housemates that might not be as into chams as they are that its a good idea to get more. I only have one pygmy(hopefully soon 2) but they both will live in a fairly small enclosure. I really want some carpet chameleons but then I'd probably have to get 2 more enclosures. Though they wouldnt be huge cages I forsee the "where are we gonna put all that' argument and probably some others as well. I'm sure some of you had to back up a cham obsession to a not so happy housemate- any suggestions would help

Sometimes it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission...

"Honey, I swear I don't know how this got here, but we can't just put them out on the street now..."

Dankmeleon will become famous soon enough
the best way to convince someone else is to be ahead in your chores, then there is not much they can say
