Julirs' shopping cart is a great place to start.
You can save a lot of money from purchasing everything from www.lllreptile.com Lets start from the top and work our way down. ![]() Here is some information on why reptiles need UVB. http://www.uvguide.co.uk/whatreptilesneed.htm Here is the recommend bulb: http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...n-50-uvb-bulb/ Here is the hood you need for that bulb: http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...-hood-fixture/ You can use a standard incandescent house bulb for UVA and heat. Here is a recommend hood for that bulb. http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...-lamp-fixture/ Cages should be all screen to allow for proper ventilation. Chameleons live high up in the trees, therefor they need a lot of airflow. The airflow allows the cage to dry between mistings. For and extra three dollars you could purchase a larger cage. This should last you until the age of 8-9 months before needing to upgrade to a taller cage if you plan on getting a male. This cage should last for the duration of a female's lifespan. http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...m-screen-cage/ Here is the forum source for live plants. Be sure to read carefully. http://www.chameleonforums.com/plants/ One vine for basking and climbing: http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...e-vine-medium/ Chameleons don't drink from standing water, so you will need to mist the cage at least two times per day. http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...-spray-bottle/ Recommended dusting supplements: http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...lcium-with-d3/ http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...um-without-d3/ http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...te-supplement/ Supplement schedules: Supplement Schedule?
