 So my boyfriend and i bought a veiled cham a couple of months ago from a reputile pet shop that we have bought other lizards from. At the time we thought he was 3 months but we think he may have been younger.
We had done our research and have a proper flex with the right temp and even shelled out for the mister.
Apart from being incredibly antisocail he's been ok drinking and eating fine.
The past couple of days though he's been falling off his plants and vines, puffing up and twisting his body round to bite at his hind legs and tail. He even bit me.
We dust his crickets with calcium so i don't think it's mbd.
Any ideas on how to make him happier?

oh dear, i would get him to the vet as this doesnt soud to good, i can understand him biting you as yemans are a bit grumpy and mine does this to me sometimes but as for falling off his vines and twisting towards his hind legs ect this sounds like he has a problem as its not normal! if he keeps doing it, i would get him to you vet as he may have something that can be fixed if you catch it soon or if you decide to leave it you may regret it, i would contact the vet a.s.a.p just incase as there is somethjing thats annoying him or hurting!!

Type (long linear tube or compact) UVB light or natural sunlight? How close to the bulb can he sit?
Supplements...which ones and how often for each?
Basking temperature?
