It is still hard to tell from the picture, but is that fluid under the skin like a blister? Or is that on top of his skin, like an exudate?

It on top of it skin and I know it watery bc one of the bubble pop n dried off. The liquid was clear that came out of the bubble.

That almost looks like it's sitting on top of his head. Could something have melted and dripped on to him? Can reptiles get blisters from a burn?

I also taught that maybe he sat too long under the lamp an got a sunburn but I'm to nervous to touch it.

I was trying to figure out if it might a blister from being too close to the heat lamp, or if something might have dripped on him like zlew was considering. I know they can get blisters from burns, I am just not sure exactly what they look like. I don't know how you figure that out without touching him, but use something sterile, if it is a burn, you don't want to cause an infection.

Do you know what I can use to sterilize it and if anything if it gets worst I take him to a Herp doctor just have to wait for the blizzard to pass....

If you have any Neosporin or Polysporin antibiotic ointment you could dab some on the area. It should help protect against secondary infection. Don't use anything with a pain-relieving ingredient.
