Habitat confusion

I am trying to decide what to do. I have looked at all the cages from the sponsors and I just can't decide which cage to get. I LOVE the Dragon Strand breeder series cages but they are a little smaller than recommended size for my veiled. Also, do I need to upgrade Rebel (male Veiled) to the 2X2X4 cage if he will be free ranging a lot. I just got two 4' umbrella trees and a huge pothos that I am going to use as a free range that is attached to both cages. ( Only one cham will be out at a time :D ) I also really like the Jungle Hobbies cages. I am needing a new misting system that can run two cages and I like how they are mist king ready. I want to have Penelope's cage set up to where I can have a lay bin in it all the time. I do not want to take a chance of having egg laying issues because I miss the signs. I never plan on breeding her and I am going to try the lower temp and less food to see if I can prevent laying but I still want to be prepared. With that in mind do I need a substrate tray for her cage?
Another question, can a mist king starter system run a mist head on one cage and a rain set (I plan on making my own) up on another cage? I want to do this because Penelope HATES to be misted.
Sorry I have so many questions. There are just so many options I can't decide what would be best. I want my babies to be happy and healthy.
Any opinions or comments are more than welcome. :D

Isn't she just a baby? You aren't going to lower her temperature or cut down on the feeding yet are you?

Oh no, not yet ... Sorry I wasn't clear on that. I am so new at the baby thing as well as female thing so I will wait until I know that the time is right. Believe me, I will be asking A LOT of questions to make sure I am doing things right. I am not sure just how old she is so I'm keeping her basking temps at 80-82*. If it goes higher than that I turn off the light and just leave her UVB on.

You should be able to run a misthead on one cage and a rain set on the other. If it's a rain ring, it might use more water than the misthead, as long as you have good drainage I don't see why that wouldn't work. :)

edited to add:
If you make your own rain set, you could use a misthead inside a container to make the rain. I've see others post photos of setups like that.

Thanks.. I like the idea of the rain ring. My little girl cries every time I mist her. lol I don't know that she will ever get to where she likes it. I think the rain ring would put out more water which is fine with me. I just want to make sure she is well hydrated. I'm not too worried about my boy because he loves to be misted. He will even come over and stand under the mist and drink. He also stands under the dripper when I have it going. lol Guess I best start my research now so when I order my Mist King I am ready to go. Thanks again.
