Gut-loading crickets

I'm planning on making my own 'cricket quencher' with Soil Moist and water. I was wondering if it was necessary to add a liquid calcium supplement to the 'cricket quencher' in addition to the kale, mustard greens etc. that I will feed to the crickets? Or will just the 'cricket quencher' be sufficient?

Its completely up to you, as long as you remember to dust your feeders on a regular basis, the option to add calcium to your cricket quencher is solely up to you.
