Free range and humidity

A question for those of you who allow your Chameleons to free range - is humidity a concern? My house in the wintertime runs closer to 40% (or less), and I know that Panthers prefer a higher humidity than that. Maybe you run a humidifier? Just curious, as I am considering this in the future. Thanks!

I was also wondering about this as well! Also, how long is the lower humidity outside of the cage safe for them and generally, how long do you allow your chameleons to free range?

This is an old thread, but worth input anyway because a lot of keepers have asked this question.
My RH is also very low in the winter. So, I have a cool/warm mist humidifier with the mist nozzle pointed to a area on the free range, so my chams can go the that spot to get into the mist if they want. I also have a 12% twin bulb UVB hanging from the ceiling above Noogies X-large cage and the mistking rain nozzle is close by for them to get a drink.
When they are on the free range, they learn the places where they can go. I also cover the UV fixtures on top of the cages becase they like to lay accross them to stay warm.
