Flies needed for filming

Hey guys!

I have a strange request, and a favor to ask!

I need some large house flies for something that i am filming next week Wednesday in the Los Angeles area.

Anyone local breeding flies? If i get some pupae sent to me arriving Monday, im worried they will not emerge by Wednesday. It's the one feeder i do not breed..

Any help would be great!

I might have some big flies by Friday. So will know for sure by Monday, if they emerge over weekend. Otherwise, it's summer. So hit up horse stables, and equestrian centers. Racho PV with butterfly net in hand.

Try TikiTiki Reptiles I buy my flies from them and holy moly when they hatch ( which is FAST!) There are ALOT of them! I bought 200 from them and they ship super duper fast!

How many flies are you looking for?

Like 100-200

i might end up doing exactly that if i can find a second! I have used fly traps in the past too with gauze covering the organic liquid bait.

Some fresh cb flies would be ideal for this purpose though for health reasons... people are so sensitive now days!

I missed this post when it came out, so I'm just seeing it now. I have a batch starting to hatch out right now but there's probably only going to be 20-30 of them. I could throw some more pupae in tonight and they might also start hatching by some time Wednesday. The good news is if you live in Hermosa Beach I live in Gardena maybe 5 miles away. I'll go ahead and throw some more in tonight either way, let me know what you want to do.

I have at least 200-300 house flies that have hatched this weekend and I'm in Redondo Beach. The house flies are the smaller of the flies compared to the blue bottle. Send me a PM is you still need them.

The Blue Bots I received Friday were really fresh, so don't think they will hatch til later in the week. Sorry.

Yes the blue bottle flies were fresh, but all the house flies were hatching!LOL
Probably have more like 500!
