Hi everybody,
I posted several days ago about my 2 year old Male Veiled missing inside our house and I was frantic because I had searched every square foot of the house!
Well, it was my husband who found him! When my husband came home last night from a business trip, he's the extra detailed type of person so he started to turn over our livingroom sofa....Well, there he was hidden inside a wooden support cubby hole of the underside of the sofa and he was actually stuck...The height of his casque prevented him from coming out of the hole. Here, I must have peeped underneath that sofa at least 20 times and even used a flashlight! Since, he had crawled into a hidden cubbyhole, no way would I have ever spotted him unless what my husband did and turn the sofa upside down. I'm just informing everybody that if you're Chameleon is lost inside your house and you think you have searched everywhere, try turning all your sofas upside down.....It's a tip!!
Since he was lost only for 1 1/2 days, he was still very hydrated and is now back inside his cage being his old self!
