Female VS. Male territorial dispute?
Why is it....when I put my female in with my male jacksons, the male gets all exited and starts chasing her around and she evades for a bit and then turns on him and they do the head ramming thing like two males would do!
 She is a bit bigger than him and WC while he is CB...could that be why?

My dear friend Mr. Gandhi...
The last pic in that thread is the newest one of her. When I got her a few months ago the guy said she had babies 2-3 months prior.

Well, she's not huge yet and it hasn't been all that long since the last clutch but the behavior is to show that she's not receptive. Most likely she is gravid. Jackson's have been known to have babies after two years of abstinence.

So how would I tell if she were pregnant? Can you see bulges in her abdomen as with egg-laying chams?
