When she diggs, she has dug in a pot made of building foam. You now the compact foam.. and she has dug straight down into this. Found her covered with it the whole body , and inside the eye.
Her eyes are closed , and a bit swollen.

Sprayed her with some water and she sees alot better.
What to do. I want her to stop digging there cause its not a good place.
I turned the egglaying container away from the front door so she feels more secure when digging.

Any thoughts?

please help
David

well heres what i would do. GET RID OF THE FOAM IN THE CAGE.

then try to take some contact lens solution (saline) and flush its eyes out with a dropper.

Definitely get rid of the foam as Spence said above. If you are afraid to flush the eyes you could try a nice long shower.

In the info it says compact 5.0. If that is what you are using go buy a florescent linear tube UVB, preferably a reptisun 5.0, immediately the compact is known to cause eye problems.

Also the foam could be the immediate problem so do what spencer and breeze suggested too.

didnt understand

but here is a photo of her eyes and how i removed it.

i think right eye is more worse than the left.

First one is left eye, second is right eye.
