Egg Size Comparison Photo...Very Interesting.

I took this photo today to show the size range of eggs from different chameleon species. Helps to give perspective on how they vary. Its pretty interesting to see eggs from that many different species next to each other.

Top row from left to right: US Quarter, Meller's (Ch. (T.) melleri), Veiled (Ch. (Ch.) calyptratus), Usambara Three-horned (Ch. (T.) deremensis)
Bottom row from left to right: Panther (F. pardalis), Standard Fischer's (K. multituberculata), Dwarf Fischer's (K. tavetana), Carpet (F. l. lateralis), Bearded Pygmy (Ri. brevicaudatus)

Great info.

Thanks, Mike. I have never seen such a breakdown in size before.
How long have you been incubating the Deremensis eggs? My male gets dark lips around the female, but she only spots up at this point at his advances.
That stops him.

WOW. That is really cool! Thanks for sharing! It's funny how the Meller's egg looks HUGE in comparison even though really it's teeny!
