By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to our terms of service. We will gladly replace or credit any and all Dead On Arrival (DOA) orders for any product as long as your temps for the shipping period are within the set threshold no greater than 100 F and no lower then20 F. No guarantee is implied in temperatures over 100 degrees. You must contact us within 2 hours of the time stamp provided to us from the USPS tracking systems to receive a no-cost replacement. Express shipping is available by upon request at an extra charge.
Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will generally ship Monday or Tuesday of the following week. All orders are shipped through USPS with Priority Mail as a shipping method. Delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS but generally takes 2-3 days.
