DIY Fogger

Found this Humidifier on EBAY a few weeks back and thought it would make for a good DIY job for making a Fogger since I have only heard bad things about foggers out on the market sold by Exo Terra / Zoomed etc.

This one is nice and big with a 10L reservoir and pumps out fog quite thick and heavily, the DIY was very easy as things simply slotted together quite well, only gluing was first piece of PVC elbow to that castle looking top of humidifier no drilling or cutting (cept the PVC pieces).

It also has an internal shut off where if the reservoir gets to low then it will not start up and attempt to make fog and damage itself.



This thing realllllly pumps out serious fog

Ancient chinese secret for all I know it was all in chinese stuff off Ebay...I was just looking for the largest reserve possible so I could really stretch the water reserve over "x" days .

Can you please post a link to the ebay purchase? Others might be able to find more of these if you do...

I wonder if that would work for multiple enclosures.

I've always looked at Foogers & Misters as 2 separate entities.

Misting it would seem is pretty much tackled by the MistKing System that you can buy online through various areas.

Fogging seems to be more of a DIY thing because the foggers made by exo terra and zoomed etc. are all quite poor as far as reviews go...
