Cup feeding question

I was just wondering if it is ok to put a lil bit of cricket crack and I small piece of cricket quencher in the cup along with some crickets. My veiled Cham likes to eat a lil bit through out the whole day. This way the crickets won't die or dry out throughout their waiting period until they are chosen to be eaten. I am not sure if that is a good idea, but he eats the cricket who eat that so it can be bad for him if he gets a lil bit of cricket crack with his cricket. Any advice is helpful thanks.

Cricket crack yes, absolutely. But use a piece of fruit or something like carrot instead of the quencher gell. If the chameleon accidentally eats the gell, it can swell inside of its gut and cause harm
