Cheap Dubia Roaches?

Im trying to set up a dubia colony starting with 100 or so roaches, but i cant seem to find any reasonable offers anywhere. ANyone know of somewhere cheap to get dubia? Thanks

P.S. With a colony of 100 to start how long before they start reproducing in the colony and its starts growing enough i can feed my animals from it?

Yea, i personally just dont want to deal with shipping but I know others on the site ship dubias. Check out the miscellaneous for sale section. I know there are some dubia breeders. And 100 should be fine. Just have a heat pad and they will multiply quickly

It all depends

How many feeder insects do you use a week in total and how many animals do you have? Also you dont buy them as feeders you buy them as breeders then feed what they breed. If you go through a few hundred or more feeders a month 100 dubia is not a good number to start with you need more. Tell us how many animals you have and how many feeder bugs of all kinds you use a week.

I started a colony of dubia last week. I shopped all over for the best deal. Jason at TheRoachGuy.com offered me a deal that no one else could touch. 365 roaches incl 10 adult pairs for mating, plus 10 pounds of chow and 1 pound of crystals for a total of $65 shipped. As a matter of fact, I learned that some of the other online feed stores actually get their dubia's from him.
