So I have a 5 month old female panther chameleon and have had her a little over a month now and today I just noticed her blowing spit bubbles? its not all the time just when she is mad about something.. like me moving something that is in her "Bubble" spraying water excessively on her plants. she dont mind being misted tho.. just not to an excess.

I have not seen this out of any of my other chameleons just her and it just started today. lol i would have noticed something like this..

any input is great :) thank you

lol i read it as Split bubbles
so i thought it was a cool video of a chameleon splitting a bubble in 2

well it could just be angry bubbles.

or

a respiratory infection.

does she put her head in the air?
gape?
wheeze?
too much salive in the mouth?

no gasping/weezing and her head isnt really tilted just a few spit bubbles and possible excessive saliva but is hard to tell as i am not shure what "Normal" is for her :p she doesnt look much diffrent than my male panther

how often does this occur?

it could be the beginnings of an RI. in whcih case. its vet visit time.

i just seen her do it for the first time today and i have seen about 2-4 of them today... thats since 7am tho.. its currently 12:53 pl :)

I will have to look into this further as I have been thru the vets around here and they all suck @$$ the closest cham vet that is any good is 3 hours away. unless its a no brainer fix then I could MAYBE trust one of the vets here to do it

is she foaming? of is she literally shooting little bubble out of her mouth?! i hope its the latter of the two. that would be flippin awesome.

has not happened today but it was happening when i was watering her.. or when she got mad at something i did it seemed
I get Bubbles only when I water them sometimes and it it usually means that they are dehydrated (and their mouths are too dry) again it is only happend to me when making them drink.
