he isnt eating crickets but is eating super worm and wax worms. is he just on a feeding strike?

Well I heard they will slowly stop eating a main feeder because your not mixing it enough. meaning they are probably bored by it..so try something like roaches? other worms or other feeders

skully's right. chams can become fussy eaters if always fed alot of the same thing. I try to switch it up as much as i can. Be careful about over feeding with wax and superworms...like raising a kid on cookies alone-every once is a while we all need vegies.

im having a similar issue, My Carmie used to eat anything I would give her and I liked to switch it up every feeding, I was feeding crix, silkies, supers and butters and occasionally waxies and all of a sudden a few days ago just as I was to order a large batch of silkies she stopped eating them but would still take the rest of her feeders. By today she has no interest in anything but crickets which is totally weird for her cause she seemed to really enjoy all of her worms up till a few days ago. I have no idea whats up with her? Sorry for jackin your thread but I think its similar to ur issue an we have the same question, feeding strike?

Guess you could call it feeding strike. Both of you feed any veggies?
