That is a male Furcifer pardalis. If you post a couple more picture we possibly can help ID what local he is.

Your chameleon is an adult Panther Chameleon or Furcifer pardalis. Once chameleons are adults it is difficult to say exactly how old they are except if you have raised them since they were babies or a known juvenile stage. Your male Furcifer pardalis looks to be 2 years plus in age.

You asked for an estimate? Why are you asking for an age if the breeder already gave you an age?

If you feel that something has contravened the site rules, please simply report the post so the admin team can deal with it. I don't see a problem with the questions the OP is asking.
@Boccacio: Chameleons do grow at different rates so it's hard to say exactly how old your handsome guy is but if you took a few pictures with him on a ruler we could maybe determine it a little better. There is something about his colours and smaller rostrals that indicate to me he might be closer in age to what the breeder is saying.
