Ok so you know how most people should eat around 2,000 calories a day. Well does anyone have an idea of site that has done somthing like this for chams haha. Im trying to put together a diet plan for my chams thats very planned. I figure i can better see what they are taking in and hopefully somthing good comes out of it.
