Fennel

The raw bulb/base of the leaves is a decent source of Niacin, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Fiber, Vitamin C, Folate, Potassium and Manganese. Moderate amount of oxalic acid. Pretty tasty too :)

The seeds are good source of Phosphorus, Potassium and Copper, some Omega-6 fatty acids, and provide lots of Fiber, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Manganese. In terms of calcium to phosphorous ratio, the seeds (ground) are the better choice, if your bugs will eat them.
